Tortellini with Creamy Diablo Sauce


  1. In a large pot prepare the sauce by mixing and bringing to a simmer the ground tomatoes, cream cheese, milk, chipotle in adobo, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the tortellini. Cook for 4 minutes and then drain reserving the pasta water.
  3. While the tortellini are cooking, sauté the zucchini just until tender.
  4. Add the cooked tortellini and zucchini to the prepared sauce.
  5. Add the reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.


  • 12 cups Kraft Heinz® 6 in 1® All Purpose Ground Tomatoes
  • 12 oz. Kraft® Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup chipotle en adobo sauce, pureed
  • 4 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp. basil, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp. oregano, dried
  • 2 tsp. garlic, powder
  • 4 lbs. pasta, tortellini, cheese
  • 2 lbs. zucchini, diced
  • 2 cups Pasta water, reserved
