Turkey Brie Burgers with Spiced Cranberry Ketchup


  1. Mix together the chopped cranberries, ketchup and chipotle sauce. Hold for service.
  2. Peel and cut onions in half. Thinly slice each half of onion lengthwise. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat and add the onions. Cook the onions while occasionally stirring for about 45 minutes until dark brown.
  3. Season the turkey burgers with the rotisserie seasoning and cook to an internal temperature of 165 F. flipping once half way through. Top each burger with a 2 ounces of sliced Brie cheese at the very end to melt.
  4. Assemble the burgers: bottom half of the toasted roll, cranberry ketchup. cooked turkey Brie burger, caramelized onions lettuce and top half of the toasted roll.


  • 1 lb Brie Cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle Adobo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, dried, chopped
  • 1 1/3 cup Simply Heinz™ Ketchup
  • 8 pieces lettuce, baby field greens
  • 2 large yellow onion
  • 8 bun(s), Kaiser, split and toasted
  • 2 tsp Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
  • 8 6 oz Turkey Burgers
