Turkey Pick-Up Sticks
Directions
- Ribbon skewer the turkey and zucchini onto 6" skewers.
- Marinate the skewers in the peanut oil and soy sauce. Remove from the marinade, lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Grill skewers over medium-high heat to a light brown on both sides.
- Place onto a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Serve with Thai peanut sauce

- 4 ea Butterball® Turkey Breasts, Peppered, sliced into 1/4
- 1/4 c oil, peanut
- 2 tbsp peanuts, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 3 oz Thai Peanut Sauce
- 4 ea zucchini, cut into 3/16 in strips
