Turkey Pick-Up Sticks


  1. Ribbon skewer the turkey and zucchini onto 6" skewers.
  2. Marinate the skewers in the peanut oil and soy sauce. Remove from the marinade, lightly season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill skewers over medium-high heat to a light brown on both sides.
  4. Place onto a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Serve with Thai peanut sauce


  • 4 ea Butterball® Turkey Breasts, Peppered, sliced into 1/4
  • 1/4 c oil, peanut
  • 2 tbsp peanuts, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 oz Thai Peanut Sauce
  • 4 ea zucchini, cut into 3/16 in strips
