Verde Sauce
Directions
- Place jalapeños, scallions, garlic, lime zest, ginger, cumin, salt and lime juice into pitcher of high-speed blender; pulse until combined.
- Add cilantro, parsley and Butter Sauce to blender container; blend on high speed, using tamper to assist in blending, 10 seconds or until bright green and fluffy. Do not over blend.
- Hold cold for service.

- 3 jalapeño(s), seeded, stemmed
- 1/2 cup scallions, roughly chopped
- 6 large garlic, clove(s)
- 1 tbsp. lime zest
- 1 tbsp. ginger, grated
- 1 tsp. cumin, ground
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 4 cups cilantro, fresh, stems and leaves
- 4 cups parsley, fresh, curly leaf
