Walking Taco


  1. Open bag of corn chips and fold opening over 2 inches to allow room for toppings.
  2. Pour warmed chili over corn chips.
  3. Place lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and cheese on top of chili. Garnish with pickled jalapeno.
  4. Eat walking taco with a spoon, getting all fillings in each bite.


  • 1 oz. corn chips
  • 1/2 cup Chef-mate® Chili Con Carne with Beans, warmed
  • 2 tbsp Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tbsp guacamole, prepared
  • 1 tbsp pico de gallo, prepared
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cheese, cheddar , shredded
  • 1 tbsp jalapeño(s), pickled, sliced
