Avocado Tostadas
Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan to 350 degrees. Fry the corn tortillas until crisp – place them on a paper towel.
- In a steel bowl mix together 1 Tbs of Kraft Deluxe mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, the gochujang and sesame oil. Add the avocado and cherry tomatoes and mix until well coated. Place on top of the fried tortillas.
- Whisk together the remaining 2 TBS of Kraft Deluxe mayonnaise and the sriracha. Drizzle over the avocado mixture and garnish with the sliced scallion and sesame seeds.

- 2 6 in. Corn Tortillas
- pinch Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup oil, vegetable, (or canola oil)
- 3 oz. avocado
- 1 oz. tomato(es), diced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp Kraft® Deluxe Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Gochujang
- 1/4 tsp
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 2 stalks scallions, sliced thin
