Beer Battered Cod Bao

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Arrange the frozen Trident Beer Battered Cod filets on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
  2. Steam the bao buns according to package instructions.
  3. Carefully open each steamed bao bun without tearing them. Spread a little sauce inside each bun. Add a few slices of radish, a small handful of shredded cabbage, and shredded carrots. Place a piece of the cooked Trident Beer Battered Cod inside the bao bun.
  4. Drizzle with additional sauce and garnish with green onion. Enjoy!

  • 8 Bao buns
  • 2 radish(es), sliced thin
  • 1 cup cabbage, red, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Carrots, shredded
  • onion(s), green, for garnish

Bao Sauce

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, honey, and soy sauce until smooth. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  2. Reserve for service.
