Braveheart® Sunshine Keys Burger


  1. In a bowl add ground beef and season with a quarter teaspoon of salt and pepper. Form 8oz. patties. Refrigerate until service.
  2. Spray each side of the patties with pan spray. Char broil patties on medium heat area of your grill to desired internal temperature. Turning once.
  3. In a bowl add shrimp then spray with pan spray and season with an eight of a teaspoon salt and pepper then toss. Char grill shrimp on medium heat area of your grill till done. About 2-3 minutes turning once.
  4. Add butter to sauté pan over medium heat then add Mexican corn and cook for 1-2 minutes then remove from heat.
  5. Place the bottom bun on a plate. Layer with lettuce, tomato, burger patty, guacamole, corn, and jalapeños. Top with 2 shrimp and cilantro. Lean the top bun against the build. Serve with fries or chips.

  • 20 ea. Contigo® Sliced Jalapenos
  • 4 tbsp Contigo® Guacamole, chunky
  • 4 ea. bun(s), hamburger
  • 2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 4 slices ea. Peak Fresh Produce® 5x6 tomato
  • 4 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Romaine, Leaf
  • 1 cup Contigo® fire roasted corn, Mexican
  • 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
