Directions

  1. Gently form and stretch dough into a 10" circle, using flour as needed to prevent it from sticking.
  2. Place stretched dough onto a pizza screen. Top evenly with ingredients in order listed: scrambled eggs, Spicy Pork Topping, bacon pieces, roasted peppers and onions, cheddar jack cheese.
  3. Brush edges of dough with egg wash and fold over. Crimp edges with a fork and apply egg wash again (as needed).
  4. Cook in the impinger for 5 minutes at 550°F.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the impinger and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped scallions, cut in half and serve.

  • 1 ea. pie dough, square or round
  • 1 oz. egg(s), scrambled
  • 1 oz. Ultimo!® Pork Topping, breafkast flavor
  • 1 oz. Bacon pieces
  • 1 tbsp. roasted peppers
  • 1 tbsp. onion(s), roasted
  • 1 oz. cheese shredded, cheddar, jack
  • Scallions, chopped (as desired)
  • egg wash, as needed
