Honey BBQ Brisket and Bacon Fries
Directions
- Cook bacon until crisp and roughly chop.
- Heat brisket according to package directions and set aside.
- Place fries into fryer at 350˚F (180˚C) and fry for 2 3/4 - 3 minutes.
- Divide fries between serving bowls and top with brisket, chopped bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Finish by drizzling ranch dressing over each portion.

- 24 oz. Cavendish Farms® Fine Coat Crinkle Cut fries
- 14 oz. beef, brisket
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, honey chipotle
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
- 1 cup cheese, cheddar , grated
