Brisket "Candy" Bites


  1. Place brisket burnt ends into mixing bowl, add BBQ Sauce, Brown Sugar, and Bourbon.
  2. Coat all burnt ends thoroughly. Place these on a parchment lined sheet pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until brown sugar melts, roughly 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Pull out and cool slightly before serving.
  5. Place brisket candy in a service bowl and place on a mini tray with a ramekin of BBQ Sauce and mini bamboo sticks.

  • 1 oz BBQ sauce, savory
  • 1/2 cup sugar, brown, dark
  • 1 oz bourbon
  • 4 oz onion(s), green, chopped
  • 1 ramekin BBQ sauce, savory, for dipping
