            Ridgecrest® Brisket Mac and Cheese
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Add oil to sauté pan over medium heat and add brisket.  Cook for 1-2 minutes now pull off heat and fold in BBQ sauce.
 
    - Toss warmed brisket with warm macaroni and cheese then fold in BBQ rub and chives, serve as a great side or small plate.

                                    - 4 oz. Ridgecrest® smoked sliced brisket, chopped
 
                                    - 2 tbsp West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Original
 
                                    - 8 oz. Delancey Street Deli® yellow macaroni and cheese, warmed
 
                                    - 1/2 tsp Magellan® BBQ Rub
 
                                    - 1 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Chives, Fresh, chopped
