Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches


  1. Cut frozen brownie sheet into 2 equal parts; lift 1 piece from tray, remove parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Scoop ice cream onto remaining brownie piece; spread evenly across with offset spatula.
  3. Place brownie piece back on top then cover and freeze until firm, at least 1 hour.
  4. Score a 12x4 cut pattern with knife then use rocker blade for best results to portion.
