Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Avocado Ranch


  1. Deep fry chicken tenders to 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Remove, drain, place in stainless steel bowl and toss with Buffalo Wing Sauce.
  3. Heat flour tortillas. Top warmed tortillas with buffalo chicken, sliced celery, and blue cheese crumbles. Drizzle with Avocado Ranch Dressing and top with cilantro.
  4. Serve with lime wedges.


  • 8 ea. Flour tortillas
  • 8 ea. chicken, tender(s), breaded
  • 1 cup Ken's® Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced on the bias
  • 1/2 cup cheese, blue, crumbles
  • 1 cup Ken's® Avocado Ranch Dressing
  • cilantro, fresh, leaves, for serving
