Burnt Ends Mac ‘N Cheese


  1. Heat sauté pan with a touch of oil, add brisket burnt ends and sauté until them brown and crisp.
  2. Add BBQ sauce and stir/toss to coat. Set aside.
  3. Place mac n cheese on plate or bowl, top with Brisket Burnt Ends and garnish with a drizzle of BBQ sauce, crispy onions, and chopped green onions.


  • 4 oz mac & cheese, (favorite pre-made brand or house made)
  • 4 oz Ridgecrest® Beef Brisket Burnt Ends
  • 2 oz West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Original, (or favorite brand)
  • 1 oz West Creek® Crispy Onions
  • onion(s), green, chopped, as needed for garnish
  • West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Original, in squeeze bottle, as needed for garnish
  • oil, olive, for cooking in sauté pan
