Directions
- Place Roma Nuggets into fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) and fry for 2 ¾ minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix bocconcini with olive oil, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 5 minutes.
- Thread one cooked Golden Nugget, one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one marinated bocconcini onto small skewers.
- Serve with balsamic glaze for dipping.
