Caribbean Loaded Carne Asada Loops
Directions
- Thaw pineapple and pepper blend according to package instructions.
- For carne asada marinade; combine soy sauce, fruit juices, vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and jalapeño. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour marinade over beef and refrigerate at least 6 hours, or overnight.
- Grill or pan sear beef to desired temperature. Let rest and slice thinly. Reserve warm for service.
- For each portion; prepare 8 oz. fries according to package instructions.
- Place fries in a serving container. Top with 2 oz. carne asada, 1/2 oz. shredded cheese, 2 oz. pineapple and pepper blend, and 2 oz. avocado. Drizzle with 1/2 fl. oz. crema.
