Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic® Shredded BBQ Beef Nachos

Directions

  1. Pre-heat conventional oven to 425°F.
  2. Dissolve pepper in hot water.
  3. Add Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic® BBQ Sauce.
  4. Combine with beef.
  5. For each order, lay 10 chips on a baking dish. Cover each one with 1 rounded tsp. of beef. Top all with 1/3 cup shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 3-4 minutes until meat is hot and cheese is melted.
  7. Plate nachos and sprinkle with 1/4 cup corn salsa, drizzle with 2 tsp. of Avocado Crema.

  • 3 1/3 tbsp avocado crema
  • 1 1/4 lbs beef, pot roast
  • 1 cup Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic® BBQ Sauce
  • 1 2/3 cups cheese, Monterey Jack, finely shredded
  • 50 corn chips
  • 2 tsp McCormick Culinary® Ancho Chile Pepper, Ground
  • 1 1/4 cups salsa, black bean and corn
  • 1/4 cup water, hot
