Chicken Pesto Panini


  1. Place cheese on each side of the bread. Spread Pesto over one side of the cheese. Place the tomatoes over the pesto.
  2. Slice the chicken and shingle over the tomatoes. Place the bread together and butter each side.
  3. Place on Panini machine to toast. Cut on a bias and plate, add side and serve


  • 2 oz. Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella, sliced or shredded
  • 2 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, Sourdough
  • 3 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
  • 2 oz Roma® Pesto Basil Sauce
  • 4 oz West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s), cooked
