West Creek® Gochujang Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwich

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Bake the Guest House Cheese Croissant for 35 minutes or until golden crispy. Then let cool down for 10 minutes.
  3. Oil the Chicken breast and place in a sheet pan and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Let the chicken cool down for 10 minutes, then dice it up.
  5. In a bowl add the Gochujang sauce, Mayo, Green onions, and Shredded Carrots.
  6. Slice the croissant in half and lengthwise. Add the chicken salad and top with black sesame seeds and then, add arugula.

  • 4 oz. West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s)
  • 1 tbsp. West Creek® Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. gochujang sauce
  • 1 tsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, sliced
  • 1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), shredded
  • 1/4 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch sesame seeds, black
  • 1/2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Arugula
