Chinese Pork Ribs
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic.
- Place ribs in a braising pan on a rack.
- Pour mixture over ribs allowing to pool under the rack.
- Cover with film and foil and braise for 6 hours or until tender and ready to serve.

- 3 lbs. ribs, country style, bone-in
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
