Chinese Pork Ribs


  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic.
  2. Place ribs in a braising pan on a rack.
  3. Pour mixture over ribs allowing to pool under the rack.
  4. Cover with film and foil and braise for 6 hours or until tender and ready to serve.


  • 3 tbsp Delectables® Ketchup
  • 1/3 c. orange marmalade
  • 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
  • 3 lbs. ribs, country style, bone-in
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
