Plant Powered Chorizo Lattice Fries

Directions

  1. Deep fry Crispy Lattice Fries (TEMP: 350˚F (180˚C) COOK TIME: 2¼–2¾ mins).
  2. Mix sour cream with chili lime seasoning and hot sauce, reserve for topping.
  3. Place cooked Crispy Lattice Fries as base in serving container and load with chorizo crumbles and white cheddar curds.
  4. Drizzle plant-based gravy over top followed by chili lime sauce and garnish with fried onions.

  • 2 oz. chorizo, plant-based
  • 2 oz. gravy, plant-based
  • 2 oz. cheese curds, cheddar, white
  • 2 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. chili lime seasoning
  • 2 drops hot sauce
  • 3 oz. crispy fried onions, for garnish
