Cocktail Prawns (Shrimp)

Directions

  1. Clean shrimp and mix all remaining ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the shrimp, straining the oil, and serve with green chutney or ketchup.  

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, powder
  • 1 lb(s). Empire's Treasure® Shrimp, Large , cleaned, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic, paste
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger, paste
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili, powder
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1 tsp. tandoori powder
