Coconut Broth

Directions

  1. Heat oil in stock pot. Add ginger, lemongrass, garlic, and chiles and sauté for a few minutes.
  2. Add broth to bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and return to simmer.

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. West Creek® Broth, Chicken, bone
  • 1 cup Asian Pride® Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. ginger, fresh, sliced
  • 1 ea. lemongrass, stalk knocked with knife and cut into 1 in. pieces
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. West Creek® Honey
  • 4 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® cilantro sprigs
  • 1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juice only
