Cowboy Chili

Directions

  1. Sauté the onion, garlic, and jalapeno with the ground beef.
  2. Add the tomatoes and pinto beans followed by the spices.
  3. Bring to a boil, lower to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with Contigo tri-color tortilla strips on top and the lime and cilantro.

  • 1 lb beef, ground
  • 15 oz pinto beans, cooked
  • 1 pt tomato(es), diced
  • 1 tbsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic, powder
  • Contigo® Tortilla Strips, Tri-Color, for garnish
  • lime, wedge(s), for garnish
  • cilantro, fresh, for garnish
