Crawfish Crusted Tilapia
Directions
- Pat dry tilapia fillets with a paper towel, squeeze the juice of the 1/2 lemon onto top side of each fillet, then sprinkle Cajun Seasoning on to the fish.
- Combine crawfish tails, Panko breadcrumbs, and melted butter into a mixing bowl and gently combine for the crust, making sure to not break up crawfish tails too much.
- Pack the Crawfish crust tightly onto top of both fillets and bake for 8-10 Minutes at 350°F.

- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 lemon(s)
- 6 oz. Crawfish tails
- 3 oz. panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 garlic, clove(s), minced
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup cheese, Parmesan , shredded or grated
