Crawfish Crusted Tilapia


  1. Pat dry tilapia fillets with a paper towel, squeeze the juice of the 1/2 lemon onto top side of each fillet, then sprinkle Cajun Seasoning on to the fish.
  2. Combine crawfish tails, Panko breadcrumbs, and melted butter into a mixing bowl and gently combine for the crust, making sure to not break up crawfish tails too much.
  3. Pack the Crawfish crust tightly onto top of both fillets and bake for 8-10 Minutes at 350°F.


  • 2 5 to 7 oz. World Dock Seafood® Tilapia Fillets
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/2 lemon(s)
  • 6 oz. Crawfish tails
  • 3 oz. panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 garlic, clove(s), minced
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cheese, Parmesan , shredded or grated
