Fig and Arugula Pizza with Balsamic Fig Glaze


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Top crust with Gorgonzola cheese, mozzarella cheese, onions and figs. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  3. Remove from oven, cut into 8 pieces.
  4. Lastly, sprinkle with arugula and drizzle with Ken’s Balsamic Fig Glaze.


  • 6 fig(s), fresh, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup Ken's® Balsamic Fig Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Arugula
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), julienned
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Gorgonzola
  • 1/2 cup Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 Roma® Pizza Dough
