Fresh Fruit Pastry Strips
Directions
- Thaw pie dough, covered, at room temperature 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
- Cut dough in half lengthwise, place on prepared sheet pan.
- Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes. (350°F for 8-10 minutes if using a convection oven)
- Spread 6 oz vanilla pudding evenly over cooled crust; arrange fruit on top.
- Cut each strip into 8 portions for a total of 16 slices; serve immediately.

- 1 1/2 cups vanilla pudding, prepared
- 3 1/2 cups strawberries, fresh, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh
- 3/4 cup blueberries, fresh
- 1/2 cup kiwi(s), fresh, sliced
