Fresh Fruit Pastry Strips

Directions

  1. Thaw pie dough, covered, at room temperature 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Cut dough in half lengthwise, place on prepared sheet pan.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes. (350°F for 8-10 minutes if using a convection oven)
  4. Spread 6 oz vanilla pudding evenly over cooled crust; arrange fruit on top.
  5. Cut each strip into 8 portions for a total of 16 slices; serve immediately.

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla pudding, prepared
  • 3 1/2 cups strawberries, fresh, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh
  • 3/4 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 1/2 cup kiwi(s), fresh, sliced
