Garlic Roasted Red Pepper Pizza


  1. Brush olive oil evenly over pizza shell, up to ½ inch of edge.
  2. Layer mozzarella, red peppers, garlic, and sausage evenly over pizza area.
  3. Place in preheated 450° F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
  4. Remove from oven and top with rosemary.


  • 1 14 in pizza crust
  • 1 tsp oil, olive
  • 8 oz cheese, mozzarella, fresh, torn in pieces
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, strips
  • 12 garlic, clove(s), roasted
  • 5 oz Ultimo!® Pork Topping, Italian-style
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary, fresh sprigs
