Grilled Peach and Bacon Guacamole


  1. Dice the raw bacon and cook. Drain and set aside.
  2. Grill the peaches long enough to slightly soften and grill mark. Dice the peaches and mix the juice of one lime and a sprinkling of salt. Dice the jalapenos, onion, and cilantro. Mix with the peaches and lime juice.
  3. Mash the avocados to the desired consistency. Mix in the juice from the remaining lime, cumin, salt.
  4. Combine the avocado mixture and peach mixture and stir carefully. Add in the bacon. Adjust seasoning as needed.


  • 1/2 tsp cumin, ground
  • 3 jalapeño(s), finely diced and seeded
  • 3 peach(es), halved and pitted
  • 4 Peak Fresh Produce® Avocado(es), peeled and pitted
  • 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s)
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, finely diced
  • - salt, to taste
  • 1 lb West Creek® Bacon, cooked, diced
