Grilled Portobello Sandwich


  1. Toast ciabatta roll and brush both sides with Ken’s Remoulade Sauce.
  2. Build sandwich in the following order: baby spinach, roasted red peppers, grilled portobello mushrooms, and fresh mozzarella. Cut in half and serve.


  • 1 Heritage Ovens® Roll(s), Ciabatta Panini
  • 2 tbsp Ken's® Remoulade Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mushroom(s), portobello, cooked, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, Baby
  • 1/4 pepper(s), roasted red
  • 2 oz Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella, sliced
