Grilled Skirt Steak

Directions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients for the marinade together and submerge the steak.
  2. Refrigerate the steak for at least 8 hours and up to 24, flipping the steak a couple times throughout the marination time.
  3. Heat a grill to medium-high and oil the grates. Add the steak (discard the marinade) and cook for 3 minutes per side.
  4. Allow to rest, tented with foil, for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Keep your grill on if you plan to make the pizza immediately.

Ingredients

  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1 lemon lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard, dijon
  • 2 tbsp oil, vegetable
  • pinch of red pepper, flakes
  • hefty pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 lb Braveheart® Inside Skirt Steak
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, red wine
