Holiday Hot Toddy


  1. Heat cranberry juice and add hot tea in saucepan over medium high heat.
  2. Stir in honey and add star anise, ginger, cinnamon stick, and reduce to simmer.
  3. Remove from heat and allow too steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Add whiskey, strain into warm mug, and garnish with sliced lemon and cinnamon stick.


  • 6 oz Guest House® Unsweetened Tea, Prepared
  • 2 oz Ascend® cranberry juice
  • 1 tbsp Guest House® clover honey
  • 1 pc McCormick® star anise, (optional)
  • 1 coin ea Peak Fresh Produce® ginger
  • 1 ea McCormick® cinnamon stick
  • 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 slice Peak Fresh Produce® Orange(s)
