Indian Inspired Tacos with Fry Bread
Directions
- Combine eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and 3/4 tsp of salt. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
- Combine ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, Tobasco sauce, pinto beans, curry powder, and cumin in a sauce pan and cook. Roll out the bread mixture.
- Cut into 5 inch round pieces, fry each piece, dry and plate.
- Place shredded lettuce on top of bread, then top with beef mixture, cheese, and tomatoes. Repeat two more times. Garnish and serve.
