Indian Inspired Tacos with Fry Bread

Directions

  1. Combine eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and 3/4 tsp of salt. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Combine ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, Tobasco sauce, pinto beans, curry powder, and cumin in a sauce pan and cook. Roll out the bread mixture.
  3. Cut into 5 inch round pieces, fry each piece, dry and plate.
  4. Place shredded lettuce on top of bread, then top with beef mixture, cheese, and tomatoes. Repeat two more times. Garnish and serve.
