Italian Sausage Po'boy


  1. Butter roll and place on grill until toasted.
  2. Place link on char grill to cook, turn when needed. When link is done, slice into coins. Place ½ the sauce on bottom part of the bun. Shingle coined link over sauce.
  3. Drizzle rest of the sauce on sausage. Cover with cheese and melt. Place on plate, add side and serve
