Italian Sloppy Joe


  1. Butter roll and place on grill to toast
  2. Place all other ingredients except mozzarella cheese in a stock pot
  3. Place on medium heat and cook stirring every couple of minutes until cooked all the way through
  4. Place roll on plate and place the mozzarella on the bottom of the roll. Take 6oz of the sloppy joe meat and spread over roll, sprinkle with parsley flakes. Place side on plate and serve


  • 1 tsp garlic, pepper
  • 1 each Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), Hoagie
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp mustard, ground
  • 2 slices Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup sugar, brown
  • 1 lb Surety Beef®, Ground
