Italian Stuffed French Toast


  1. Butter griddle and place each slice of bread in French toast mixture, then on buttered griddle to cook.
  2. Place one slice of cooked French toast on a plate and place mascarpone on toast evenly. Place another slice on top of mascarpone, and pipe cannoli cream on toast.
  3. Place last piece of toast on cannoli cream, and place Tiramisu on top of toast.
  4. Sprinkle Chocolate chips all over, drizzle Irish Cream syrup, and pipe whipped cream on plate around toast.


  • 3 slices Rotellas® French toast bread, yellow
  • 2 oz Monin® Irish Cream Syrup
  • 4 oz Roma® Cannoli Filling, with chocolate chips
  • 4 oz Roma® Cheese, Mascarpone
  • 3 oz Heritage Ovens® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 6 oz West Creek® Whipped Topping
  • 1 ea Roma® Tiramisu cups
  • 6 oz French toast mixture
