Italian Style Meatball Garlic Toast Crostini


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Heat frozen meatballs according to package instructions. Place the Texas Toast slices on a baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove the partially baked toast from the oven and top each slice with marinara sauce, 6 meatballs, and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Return sheet to the oven and bake for 6 minutes. Top each with sliced basil.


  • 1 1/2 lbs Roma® Gourmet Beef Meatballs, (1/2 oz size)
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 package bread, Texas toast
  • 1 package cheese, mozzarella, sliced
  • 8 basil, leaves, fresh, chopped
