Kimchi Avocado Toast​


  1. Toast bread.
  2. Mix avocado with lime juice or vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Spread avocado mixture onto toast.
  3. Top with Kimchi and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Enjoy!

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp lime juice, fresh squeezed, or rice wine vinegar
  • 2 oz. Wildbrine® Korean Style Kimchi, lightly drained
  • salt and pepper, to taste
