Korean Dumplings

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, onion, cabbage, tofu and noodles.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour seasoning mixture over meat and vegetables; mix with hands to combine.
  4. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of the dumpling wrapper.
  5. Fold the wrapper in half, pressing to seal. Crimp the edges. Repeat until all filling has been used.
  6. Pan-fry dumplings and serve with Custom Culinary® True Foundations® Korean-Style Sweet Heat Sauce for dipping.

  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped, parboiled
  • 1/2 cup tofu, chopped
  • 4 oz sweet potato noodles, soaked, chopped
  • 3 ea garlic, clove(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • 6 oz Custom Culinary® True Foundations® Korean-Style Sweet Heat Sauce
