Lemon Blueberry Pancakes


  1. Make pancakes as instructed on package (2 oz per pancake).
  2. Plate pancakes and top with whipped cream, fresh blueberries, drizzled syrup, drizzled lemon curd and top with fresh lemon zest.

  • 6 oz Heritage Oven Pancake Mix
  • 1 oz Lemon Curd
