Luigi® Gluten Free New Haven Style White Clam Pizza


  1. Rub 1 tbsp of unfiltered extra virgin olive oil onto thawed pizza crust to moisten dough.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix 1 tbsp unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese to the dough surface followed by clam mixture and shaved parmesan cheese.
  4. Place pizza in a 500-degree oven, bake until cheese gets golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with crushed red pepper and remaining 1 tbsp of unfiltered extra virgin olive oil.


  • 1 Luigi® Gluten Free Garlic and Herb 12” Crust
  • 5 oz Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 3/4 cup Roma® Chopped Ocean Clams USA
  • 4 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, peeled, minced
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Oregano
  • 1/2 cup Piancone Cheese Parmesan, shaved
  • 3 tbsp Piancone® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
  • 1 tsp Roma® Red Pepper, Crushed
  • salt and pepper, to taste
