Luigi® Pizza Primavera


  1. Spread pizza sauce on the surface on the pizza crust and then dollop pesto sauce evenly on top of sauce.
  2. Continue to build pizza by placing cheese evenly over the crust, then remaining vegetables.
  3. Bake as desired until cheese is bubbly and brown.
  4. Sprinkle fresh basil over pizza.
  5. Cut into desired shapes and serve.


  • 1 ea Luigi® 12” broccoli cheddar pizza crust
  • 6 oz Piancone Pizza Sauce
  • 2 oz Roma® pesto sauce
  • 6 oz Bacio® cheese
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Fire Roasted Peppers, julienned
  • 1/4 cup Roma® cherry peppers
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Olives, Black, Sliced
  • 2 ea Roma® Artichoke Hearts, cut in half then into wedges
  • 1/4 cup Piancone® Tomato, Strips with Juice
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mushroom(s), sliced
  • 1/3 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, Baby
  • 8 leaves Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, chiffonade
