Mala Chicken and Mushroom Lo Mein

Directions

  1. To prepare marinade, in medium mixing bowl combine Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey and gochujang. Reserve half of marinade. Add remaining half of the marinade to chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade and sauté; set aside.
  3. Sauté vegetables; add reserved marinade and sautéed chicken.
  4. Add in pre-cooked spaghetti and sauté until most of sauce is absorbed. Serve hot.

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 oz onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 lb mushroom(s), shiitake, sliced
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 lb spaghetti, cooked
  • 1/4 cup oil, vegetable
