Directions
- To prepare marinade, in medium mixing bowl combine Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations™ Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey and gochujang. Reserve half of marinade. Add remaining half of the marinade to chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Remove chicken from marinade and sauté; set aside.
- Sauté vegetables; add reserved marinade and sautéed chicken.
- Add in pre-cooked spaghetti and sauté until most of sauce is absorbed. Serve hot.

- 1/4 cup gochujang sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 oz onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp
- 1/2 lb mushroom(s), shiitake, sliced
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 lb spaghetti, cooked
- 1/4 cup oil, vegetable
