Directions
- Deep fry Clear Coat straight cut, skin-on fries at 350 degrees for 3 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- Heat a pan over medium high heat, add corn and sauté for 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Add elote seasoning and sauté for an additional minute.
- Divide fries into bowls and top with charred corn, cotija cheese and lime crema. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- 2 cups corn, charred
- 1 cup cheese, cotija
- 18 oz. lime crema
- 1 tsp. elote seasoning
