Moonshine Grilled Chicken Pizza


  1. Season chicken and place on grill to cook
  2. When cooked, set aside and slice length wise
  3. Brush sauce on the pizza crust
  4. Sprinkle with red onion and diced tomatoes and top with cheese 
  5. Top with chicken and place on char grill until heated and crust is crispy
  6. Place on lower heat of grill to melt cheese and get marks on the crust
  7. Remove from grill, slice, and top with arugula to serve


  • 1 oz. arugula
  • 2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red
  • 4 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), diced
  • 1 eac pizza crust, par baked
  • 1 eac Roma® Chicken, Breast(s), Italian
  • 2 oz. Saluté® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded
  • 4 oz. West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Moonshine
