Braveheart® Nashville Hot Smash Burger
Directions
- Spray griddle with pan coating then smash 2 patties on a hot griddle, season with salt and pepper, cook 2 minutes per side.
- Add cheese slices, steam to melt.
- Toast buns on flat-top.
- Toss patty lightly in hot sauce.
- Build sandwich with red onions, pickles, mayo, and lettuce.
- Cook fries in the deep fryer for 5-6 minutes, until crispy. Remove from oil and drain on a towel to absorb excess oil. Toss with salt and pepper.
- Serve burger with a side Fries on a warm plate.
