Pepperoni, Beef, and Cheese Filling
Directions
- Sauté the onions in the olive oil, about 2 minutes Add the beef, chopping as you cook.
- Add pepperoni, breaking it up as it cooks together. Add tomato paste, basil and oregano.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly.
- The mixture should be slightly moist Add the cheese and set aside to cool. Tip: It’s easier to work with if both mixtures are cold in the process of forming rice balls.

- 1/4 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Oregano, minced
- 1/4 cup Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese, Parmesan
- 4 oz Roma® Pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese, Romano
- 1 tbsp Roma® Tomato Paste
