Bacon Pickled Pizza

Directions

  1. Stretch your dough to 14”.
  2. Sauce the dough with ranch and top with Bacio Cheese.
  3. Top the pizza with remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake pizza until desired bake is achieved.
  5. Finish pizza with Ranch, Ground Parmesan, and Chopped Dill.

  • 4 oz. Luigi® Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
  • 7 oz. Bacio® cheese, white cheddar, blend
  • 3 oz. pickle(s), sweet
  • 2 oz. pickle(s), spicy
  • 1 oz. Roma® Bacon Topping, crispy
  • 2 oz. Luigi® Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, (post bake)
  • 2 oz. Piancone Cheese Parmesan, ground (post bake)
  • 1 oz. dill, fresh, chopped (post bake)
