Set up a breading station with flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs. Season the flour with the salt and pepper.
Using frozen sausage begin to double bread (flour and egg two times, bread last) and place in dry container. Hold for 24 hours in refrigeration for service. This allows breading to set and deliver a crunchy product.
Deep fry breaded product at 350 degrees for 1 minute or until desired golden brown color is reached.
Serve without tossing in wing sauce to hold golden color, and serve with sauces on the side.
